What a fun atmosphere!!!
Disclaimer: this is a burlesque/variety show style performance and atmosphere and not set up like a large stage production. I have seen some reviews that talked negatively of the stage setups and props. Just know what style of show you are getting into!!!
The venue is split into a general area when you first walk in and see the "welcome performance". After this, you are given three streets you can walk down, which will take you to three different types of performances (aerial acrobatics, Cabaret, jazz). Performances happen roughly every half hour, so you can walk the different streets and experience the different styles of shows if you choose!!
The booze that comes with the ticket is the rum made at the actual distillery where the shows take place ( you can even get a tour of the distillery while there)!!
You get four samples that are located throughout the venue, which some were a bit hard to find.
You get a pass card with four styles of rum to sample, just be aware they are strong and may not be everyone's cup of tea (as I saw reading some of the other reviews).
If straight rum is not your thing, they do offer other drinks, for a charge.
Overall, I would come here again! The shows were entertaining and the performers talented!!
An amazing experience that tantalizes all the senses!
Whether it's the delicious rums, the mesmerizing atmosphere, or the comical friendly and animated staff Lost Spirits will give you something to love!
I went here with a friend on my short trip to Vegas and I'm thrilled we took the time to come, it was definitely a highlight to the trip and I look forward to visiting again one day!
PRO TIP: Prioritize seeing as many shows as you can and wondering around when you enter, you have all the time you have all the time you need to taste any rums or have any other drinks at the end of the evening in the lounge, but once the shows stop they're done for the evening!
Very cool concept for drinking and entertainment. You get 4 tastings of the Run that is distilled on property. Think of Disney making Pleasure Island from Pinocchio, but giving it a Cirque feel to it. There are different rooms to visit that has live acts about every ten minutes. Very emersive and pretty detailed. Once inside you would never know that you were in Vegas. You're transformed to that turn of the century feel with talent all around. This is a must do for something new and feeling like going to an adult Disneyland. Get to Area 15 and do as they say, "get lost",
20,000 Leagues Under The Sea dinner and show. The most interesting meal I’ve ever or probably ever will have. Dinner was a submersive journey…an auditory/visual/bodily dive in to a dream. A once in a lifetime experience. The food and beverages were impeccable. Chef Taylor Persh and her staff deserve soaring accolades for orchestrating such an amazing experience. Thank you.
Absolutely an amazing experience. One of my favorite things to do in Vegas now. Everyone was so kind and it was intimate. Wondering around the labyrinth of books and crannies there was much to discover. The performers were all fantastic and left me wanting more. The rums were fantastic and upon leaving they have bottles for sale including small flask size you can purchase to take home. Wanted to attend their seance show but of course it was sold out. Recommending to all my friends who are coming to Vegas.
Don’t Miss this Amazing Experience!! Been there 3 times already and every time better than the one before. You start going into this big building and then the Experience starts! Amazing Service from the staff, smiling from side to side. The place is a room by room adult amusement like magicians, Cabaret, funny stuff, Sianse, live music, amazing band and lots of Rum , lots of special cocktails as well. This is a must experience.
Honestly one of the coolest places I have ever been too! This place is SO much fun and worth every penny. The performers are amazing and the rum is very tasty! They even have a little bar there with other drinks that are named off their burlesque girls! The only thing was since you get to go off and walk around on your own(which we loved) we didnt get to see all the shows! We should of been paying attention to the times we were told that each one started but we kept getting distracted! It just gives us another reason to come back again! Definitely check this place out!
First the rum tasting and shows were excellent. You can get very up close to the acts, and the artists are very talented. I'm not a rum connoisseur, but sipping on a high proof beverage while watching the shows has an air of class and uniqueness that will remain in my memory for a long time. It was a little hard to find the tasting stations, especially with cocktail stations intermixed, but I guess that's part of the adventure. The theming is all great inside, I only wish I had more time with the dinner package to get a tour, try a mixed drink, see more shows, etc, however logically I didn't want to walk into the dinner up to my eyeballs in rum anyway, so less of a complaint than thinking out loud.
The 20,000 leagues under the Sea themed dinner was spectacular. I don't want to spoil anything, but I will say a little bit. Get a picture in the sub, it turned out amazing. The seating arrangement is unique and enhanced the whole experience. I had read online that the experience was great, but that the food may not be Michelin star worthy. I disagree entirely. The theater of the dinner was amazing. Chef Taylor definitely got a cool, but slightly dangerous vibe across. The dinner was part 20,000 leagues, part fine dining, and a hint of The Menu. The food was top notch and the portions were perfect to get us just to the point of overstuffed seals while not being able to resist the final morsels. The unique take on rum offered with the meal was amazing. The storycraft that chef Taylor engaged in was at a perfect length to provide a show like experience and elevate our experiences with dishes without becoming stuffy, preachy, or feeling like it was too much. If I were pressed to say anything not overwhelming positive it would be that there were several drinks served as dishes and a few were maybe a little hard to approach for me. There was a drink that felt a little too fragrant and floral for me to enjoy. The tiki drink was maybe something that someone very into tiki drinks would have adored, but for me I had to leave a little of the final drinks behind. There were excellent drinks as well, the rum champagne and tea service I thoroughly enjoyed.
The only other comment I would have is that we weren't really sure on expectations for tipping. As everyone paid beforehand it was likely assumed by everyone when no final check with a tip line was given that tips were not expected and had been included in the package price. We at least hadn't broughten any cash and it felt like a faux pas to bring it up. I didn't see anyone else leave any cash on the table, and we waited to be one of the last to leave the dining area to be sure. It made me feel a little awkward when leaving, so maybe a note when getting the reservations regarding this might put some people more at ease or make expectations more clear.
